I’m working on getting all processed foods out of my life. Period. Not quite ready for my own garden but baby steps. When you look at ingredients and so many of them are vegetable oils and various types of sugars and all kinds of starches. crazy!

I’m feeling so much better not eating starchy carbs. It’s an adjustment. I love potatos, pasta and bread. But my body os loving this way of eating. I still my do a veggie garden. Just found out I can get plants for free. I saw a great YT video on an easy wicking container. Just concerned since I have mosquoto problems already if that would make it worse.
