had heard years ago that the Navy (Naval Intelligence?)
has the highest level of intel, that if anything is known,
they know it, and i wouldn't doubt Wm Cooper was part of that.

i think here on anonup, in the last few to several days
it didn't come from someone i've heard crazy stuff from before, so i measured it a bit in my mind, but not attached to it for sure
