That is a violation of the 14th Amendment, and you can sue on the basis of Civil Rights. Also, HIPAA laws protect you from having to divulge your medical history to anyone. And the American Disabilities Act. If you have a condition covered by the ADA, no company has the right to discriminate against you for not getting a vaccine and/or not wearing a mask.
