Coming from the guy sitting in the back of the plane...I want the BEST pilot an airline can hire and train sitting in the front of the plane.
If an airline is stupid enough to hire someone based on race or gender, rather than skill, they are not getting my business.
Judging by how poorly black women drive school buses in my county, thats a HARD pass for me.
