Coming from the guy sitting in the back of the plane...I want the BEST pilot an airline can hire and train sitting in the front of the plane.
If an airline is stupid enough to hire someone based on race or gender, rather than skill, they are not getting my business.

If you're not training people on their level of Merit and workmanship and smarts and only hiring them because they have this colour or that I'll never fucking fly your airline
And well you shouldn't. If merit goes out the wi dow so does quality if work and ethics. If there is an emergency you may or may not have a true professional giving you instructions for your safety.
