Yest it out yourself. put a mask on and test your oxygen saturation wigh a pulse oximeter that you pug on your finger, get the reading then take the mask off and retake it. mine was 83% with mask on and went yo 96% with mask off. yeah pretty shocking. And our children are sitting in school sll day with a mask on. How sick is that. Amounts pretty much to child abuse. Think about it.
