I noticed this when Biden said it yesterday. I am starting to believe that Trump running the government in the background is using Biden to leak the Trump timeline. What if the vaccine that Uncle Joe is referring to is the same "Vaccine" that Trump as been promising us?

Good theory. My mind goes to all the times Trump used the word "Vaccine" as code. Vaccine meaning remedy to something that isn't Covid. Trump also always said "the virus", so if "the virus" is maybe the swamp, what is the "vaccine" to remedy the swamp? Or if "the virus" is the current enslavement of America, then is the "Vaccine" the return of America under the constitution and a debt Jubilee? So for me, believing the White Hats are in charge and Trump is the master of Mockery, I also believe everything that Biden does is White Hat controlled, including tripping up steps. And if that's true, what are the chances the "Vaccine" that Biden is saying every adult will be eligible for by April 19 is code for Trump's "Vaccine" on the White Hat timeline? I could be way off, but I like the way this scenario plays out:)
