these vaccines are not approved by FDA. they are authorized for emergency use only. they are not licensed. the EUA clearly prohibits making them mandatory.

🙃trying to say... 99.9 percent of college age people survive covid. so there is no need for a vaccine. how can you improve on 99.9 percent?
