First pick management is a group Keyshawn Johnson started. They bought up area in LA after the riots and got it terra formed. Now his message is he wants to keep area people there. but the poor people have been denied good education by the rich. They have also had their families decimated by drugs, also a ploy of the rich. They have had rich men pull talented athletes from these communities and put them on pedestals only to have them push racism and the rich man's agenda of "hate they neighbor"
