Per EveryCRSReport.com, those born in the United States and subject to its jurisdiction (i.e., not born to foreign diplomats or occupying military forces), even to alien parents, are citizens “at birth” or “by birth,” and are therefore “natural born”

While Kamala's father is said to have worked as an economic consultant to the Jamaican government and advisor to various prime ministers there, he hasn't been reported to have been a foreign diplomat.

Kamala's mother was a breast cancer researcher but, also, is not reported to have been a foreign diplomat.

So, it appears that as a natural born citizen Kamala could be President.

Harris said her mother migrated to the USA with her as a young girl

Haven't seen that story. Everything I've read indicated both parents met as students in Berkeley. They married while they were students. If Kamala is said to have been born in 1964 in Oakland, CA. If this is true and her parents weren't foreign diplomats than it appears as if she was born in America. Of course, we know everything in print is not true. Where did you hear the story about Kamala migrating to the US with her mother?
