Everyone who loves money wants to be a tax collector. Making people pay for water, essential for survival, is the tax game in the world. This is one area where government is supposed to help - by keeping public resources public for the benefit of the citizenry. Sadly, govt officials sell their access to these resources and enrich themselves in the process. Nestle bottles public water and sells it for profit. This should not be allowed by government as the aquifer should be public access water.
