-- in Operation Paperclip after WWII, US brought over a whole LOT of Nazi scientists (what _were_ they thinking??!!)
-- included Tesla's assistant and agent who, unbeknownst to Tesla, turned out to be a Nazi who sold Tesla's patents to Germany and Hitler for profit.
