Oh wow! I am very sorry to hear that. I think Etsy is complicit in child trafficking. I have reported sellers who are charging extremely high amounts (like 50K) for quilts with kids names on them, etc. I reported them for suspected child trafficking and nothing ever happened.
Also, contact Customer Service and give them your two cents.

Thank you for giving the number to customer service. I am going to call. I submitted a report. However, I have submitted them on potential child trafficking sellers before and nothing happens. I hope I get a better response with the phone number.

If you click on the item...at the very bottom of the page is a link to report the item. Take the time...jump through the hoops. When it asked for more information I stated. Adrenochrome is a substance extracted from the adrenalized blood of tortured human children and infants. This is not appropriate. If everyone took the time to report these items...maybe there would be less.
