The Lord said in the last days evil men will wax worse and worse. He also said as it was in the days of Noah so shall it be in the end times. What happened in the days of Noah? Read Genesis 6. There was heavy demonic influence. Rampant sexual immortality. Utter rejection of the warning of the judgment that was to come. This is just a glimpse of God revealing the plan to those willing to pay attention. Like many I spent time researching the plan of Q in what is called the Age of Enlightenment.
