Yep - one old lady here in the Uk is classed as so vulnerable they have isolated her in one room from all the other residents - imagine being in one room alone at that age for 12 months - its awful
That is a crime against humanity. She and her family should decide on a protocol...not the government. I dont have anyone in a long term care facility, but if I did, I would have brought them home. It may have been tough, but we would have made it work.
