someone please educate me. do people do chest compressions on the run while moving? looked odd, but I'm not a paramedic.
I am not paramedic, not doc, not nurse, nor anything remotely close to medical... The body looks "weird". "Victim" wasn't trapped properly. Wasn't he supposed to be a Police Officer? And No Uniform?
