someone please educate me. do people do chest compressions on the run while moving? looked odd, but I'm not a paramedic.
I'm not a paramedic either, but I noticed that he is not strapped in so his dangling arm and legs are odd. Also there is blood on his sleeve, but none on his torso? I could use some education, too!
