someone please educate me. do people do chest compressions on the run while moving? looked odd, but I'm not a paramedic.

Absolutely yes! RN here. Many times rode a gurney from the ER to the OR doing chest compressions. Have to try to keep blood circulating to the brain.

Great, but this guy is not on the gurney, he is reaching for the chest at an angle where it doesnt seem like there would be enough pressure to make it effective. i tried to load the vid but didnt work.

he is also doing it one handed and stops behind the ambulance, when he comes around to load him in he's no longer doing compressions. Seen the video several times also lack of blood seems highly suspect.

He wouldnt fit on the gurney. You give compressions any way you can for Christs sake. Nothing to see here
