I wasn't fooled by the speculation because just applying common sense refuted it, plus the lack of references or corroborating stories. Tried to include my skepticism and critique when I linked the post. Sorry if it wasn't clear enough. But sometimes there is a grain of truth in a BS cover story and I was wondering if there was anything to the suggestion that US forces had been called in for any reason to assist or to help make an arrest. News does indicate that the crew will be facing charges in Egypt...
Maybe next time I'll be less polite and say " I think this is a BS story, but there might be something to look into about xxxx..."

I like many others really want this to be true and some time that is enough for us not to question. It is better for them to say rumor has it than post it as fact. I will question everything that can not be proven. For another example, if 1000 bodies were found where are they going to be stored? Who will be responsible for burying or burning them? If they are all nationalities they need to be returned home but now you need a bio team to handle this. That is not something that can be done without the world knowing about it. Call falsehoods out with a shout. Your logical mind can kill almost anything in a second that isn't true.

P.S. I just re-reviewed my own feed to make sure I didn't repost anything that was junk or that I've since learned was bad info.
I really try hard not to amplify bad info. Or if it's important and I don't know for sure, I try and include questions or concerns about the report.
One of the reasons I post a lot less now. There's more disinfo than ever and it's harder to detect and research adequately.
