It is not an act of war by just the boat owners country but also every officer on board. If a nuke was even thought to be on that boat it would be sunk immediately without question and without delay. You would never ever try to disarm a nuclear weapon especially one that is in one of the most important waterways in the world. 6th Russia and America would need permission from Egypt to do any operations on their land. Do you understand how weak it would make Egypt if America and Russia had to come into their country and save the day? Not going to happen. If anyone does anything with that vessel it will be Egypt.
