I knew there had to be meaning behind the US Strategic Command "accident" tweet.

I am going to attach the drops that, i believe, may go with this accident tweet.

The much more interesting part, is the decode of the letters; which lead me to the drops and a court case with East Bay, CA vs William Barr, regarding immigration/asylum. It is dated July 24, 2019.
