It's disabled right now because I need to edit the code to delete from multiple servers. But 100% yes you will be able to delete your account and all your files will be deleted from the server. Just like I have it on WeGo.
A good test for any site if they have a delete option is to delete your account and try to sign back up with the same email. If you cant signup with the same email they didn't really delete your account. Many are like that.
