The local school where I live is trying to teach some of this stuff, but the students are zombies, they are lazy, complain about having to do any work and their parents demand passing grades when their student fails. They get their way in the end because of our current emplimentation of no child left behind laws. There should be Equal Opportunity for education, but if you don't take the opportunity you fail. It's a Messed up world. People need to become accountable for their actions.
