From my personal experience, I had trouble when I was younger with the "be angry and sin not" that God tells us. The problem with a human containing that much anger is it becomes unmanageable and destructive in ways you never would have even imagine. (Not having a proper faith education didnt help I am sure.) But I will tell you, in the worst darkness God's love shone even brighter. It helps me when I realize God was /is far more angry than I could ever be about adults hurting children. Leaving room for his wrath took away the unmanageable part of the rage.
One of the things I love about God, God is light and in him is no darkness at all. A patriot on this site or Gab, cant rem where, did a visual of that verse. A lit match had a lite shining on it next to a wall. The matchstick had a shadow on the wall. The flame did not. This visual is a treasure of FACT about God. Peace, love and courage friends. God is love and justice. This is a season of grace. Love wins.
