Yes absolutely. There are many similarities to the MK Ultra work so is this some sort of soft disclosure / pre-emptive programming for what they have planned.
MK Ultra, Monatch, Mannequin... same process... but these processes take time, nano tech, activated by 5G is instant action, instant gratification and control for the monsters.
