If you are referring to POTUS, I naturally assume you are talking about the LEGITIMATE President, DJT. However, I don't see any evidence that this statement was made by him.
If you are referring to the illegitimate POTUS, Biden, that statement would obviously be woven with lies and delusion.
So, correct me if I'm wrong, but this statement doesn't seem to hold water.
