How weird is this movie?
I mean, I guess it could be a vaccine containing nothing. There was that story about the people accidentally injected with pure saline... A vaccine containing nothing but saline would show 100% efficacy in clinical trials against a virus that doesn't exist. Creating a vaccine before Bill was a good play.
