So why do people perceive that if you do not need to believe in god, your wrong, not going anywhere???

People have different perceptions. if we were all the same, we would be robots. BTW, do Robots " need. " to believe in God? If no, why not? A person believing is a personal matter, based on experience and spiritual feelings and knowledge. It is also a choice.
Robots, like clones do not have a soul connection, are not connected to source energy.
