Thomas Jefferson was the Minister to France around that time (1784 for two terms).
Louis Charles was re named 'Daniel Payseur'. The Payseur family own/run America. The Vanderbuilts are the same bloodline. They are from French nobility that's why Gloria liked to build French Chateaux.
