I do NOT have solid research to support the following assertion but, I read that autophagy is blocking the deleterious chromosomal effects of the covid bioweapon that's mislabeled as a vaccine. NAD+ induces autophagy without fasting and it greatly augments mitochondrial production of ATP which results in increased energy.
