If B1d3n is in an LA Studio and the National Guard is protecting an effectively empty DC, sending Congress home not only angers the people as they see B1d3n 'rule' by EO, but also serves to protect life and limb in DC (not have unnecessary movement inside the perimeter). Can we expect incremental steps like that to bring the number of civilians in DC to 0 before some fireworks?
