Im sure he's kinda busy but his staff should be able to make 400 return calls a day. Right? I agree the situation needs addressed immediately.

I agree with you totally. What I will suggest is getting as many people as you can to call his office everyday. Hell, many times a day! Force the issue. Until it is addressed. Trust me when I say that this particular battle will be huge. A Goliath. Need some Davids to overcome it. Prayers!!
