Just watched speech. He also seemed a little awkward and kept his head in one position always slightly tilted looking down. Also his breathing pattern was a little strained. It could be a new mask, you could be right, I will watch this one. At first I thought Austin Stienbart was one of his sons??

He could be , who knows ? ( until you know ) lol. Austin Steinbart could be a family or a family friend ?
Ezra could be family and therefore sounded similarly to jfkjr . .or yeah, it could be a mask like you proffered...was a faur amount of head tilting , fakery or difficulty with pronouncing word "Kennedy" time after time.
