Yes. I saw a report many months ago that upwards of 500k will be displaced. Furthermore, if appropriate relocation action is not taken before any catastrophic failure occurs as many as 100k could possibly die. That, of course, includes down river fatalities. The report alleged that the CCP was mire concerned about the loss of farmland than the loss of life. Remember, China imports a HUGE amount of grains. Take away that much farmland and.....
I haven't seen the initial report since it was first published. Either it was censored or found to be a fabrication. I go with censored.
