Guns have never been the problem it's the Psychopath that should be in a mental hospital and im sure the FBI and CIA know and have been warned before hand that there's sick people out there with guns making threats, but do they do anything of course not and the deny they every knew of the person! Plus there's always the chance of a Manchurian Candidate !
