Many times I listen to nothing except for the frequencies that come through my ears naturally, they ring always louder and louder as I tune in and tune the world out.
I'm all about nature and listening to Earth sounds. To keep me grounded, I often spend time outside barefoot, sinking my feet/toes into the soil. My favorite location, smell, feel, heart calming spot? The beach. Nothing soothes me like the ocean.
