Honestly, I thought it was Woods until another anon posted this side by side photo. I'm leaning more towards Carey now, even though I think Woods has better acting chops. However, this side by side is pretty damning, the facial structure.

It's possible. You'd need to look at the height an build issue though. Biden is not that tall, Carey seems rather taller with a bigger build.
