This is true and also in Paradise, CA the same thing. If you notice from many photos in Paradise the plastic trash bins didnt melt nor did the plastics at the park play areas. For some reason DEW doesnt burn plastic or something to that degree. DEW's actually have such precision that if you could shoot at baskball off the Empire State building from the San Francisco bridge. They are that accurate thousands of miles away .
