Humour is a spiritual Principle
God invented Humour. Humour calibrates on the scale of consciousness at 540 which is the level of healing and unconditional love.
To see the world humorously recontextualizes problems so we can see them fom a different context . To see things differntly is to heal the negative thought.

Compassion and good will is also licked to humour. To be easy in coversation and light instead of judgemental of anyone or anything brings joyousness to the conversation.

This comeraderie creates positve conditioned feeling to the other people as UNITY. It also releases endorphins and serotonin it seems God enjoys Light hearted Laughter too since he crrated it!!!
