Always becareful when You read anything. Many press realeases, tweets, email, etc.....are all set up with words that become affirmations as You read them. Notice words like "we all know" or "I/We/You have come to understand" .....ect...

Words like "I am so grateful" or "I am tahnkful" are affirming words and as you read ofthers "quotes" you affirm them YourSelf. Becareful Family.
