It's not a "fact"..but ask yourself why in 2018 the FBI did DNA hair analysis on hairs found in a locket belonging to the maternal grandmother of Czar Nickolas II. Finding that they bore the rather rare T3 type of mtDNA. I found this online a couple of years ago when researching my own mother's mtDNA type of T3.
