So true about the music!!! I testify about it!! Real musicians are always more happy and see the BS way more clearer then others!

Thanks so much for this 'basics' post! So many people are brainwashed away from what the body is made of - vibration, thoughts, fats, salts, sugars, water.... They look at you like a doe in the headlights when you tell them they need some fat, salt, meditation etc. All they want is what the 'medical community says'...This is the perfect reminder and teacher!
