Agree - cadence of her voice, accent, and (hate to look) her chest. Not to be focusing on things like that, but that's clearly not the same woman, and is clearly not an 80 year old woman...
There's a reason that mask fits so wideless across her face and so tight across the nose - there's some imperfections in the double to hide.
