Yep, in fact, hijacking your cells to constantly produce spikes will over-exercize your immunity system to the point where it will slow down herd immunity and frankly diminish the past herd immunities we acquired. The optimal scenario being mild episodic exposure, not constant overload.

My doctor keeps asking me to get that shingle shot
I ask why do i need that?
he replys because if you've had chicken pox then you need the shot I laughed at him and said nope never had chicken pox im immune. then he tries to get me to take the flu shot and again i laugh and say nope.

I have had the chicken pox twice.
First time was at 3 or 4, very mild case.
Second time at 15.
