Why would they swear Biden in, 17 minutes before noon? Why was it sunny at the inauguration when it was actually overcast and cloudy in DC?
Why did they change the Oval Office wallpaper same day? Why is Biden signing blank EO's? Why is the OO now on the 1st floor with a parking lot right outside the window?
We were all anticipating the news stations being taken over and a recording, created by the white hats, aired over and over.

Trump changed wallpaper, i saw a more recent picture.
I did notice a picture from the Webcam, overlooking the White House at same time inauguration was supposed to be happening and it was definitely overcast, not sunny.
