Fluoride is very bad for you. Especially for people with certain health issues like Thyroidism. Why do you think they put it in the water if it's in the toothpaste and mouthwash?????? I have fluoride free water filters, toothpaste, mouthwash, filters on the shower heads and importantly remember that everything you ingest from a bottle or can that is mixed with water probably has fluoride in that water. Research - know what you and your family are doing to your bodies. You need to know what every single ingredient in your water, drinks and food comes from, does and how harmful it is.
