Buying from local farmers is a good way to ensure that we are consuming beef,pork, chicken for real. it is more expensive but quality over quantity.
I'd also like to see an ingredients list with that country of origin. That red dye should be exposed and maybe salt solution...ect.
This is why my husband grinds his own meat. He doesn't trust what's in the ground up stuff.
