It's a list of reported issues after getting the vaccine, not a list of adverse effects.
People are told to report EVERY change in health and wellbeing after the vaccine, which helps to determine if there are links to the vaccines, or not.
People have health issues all the time. These numbers only matter if they are higher than in the normal population.
If 200 vaccinated people die, and 200 unvaccinated, from equally randomized groups, the deaths aren't caused by the vaccine, it's just the normal mortality rate.
If 200 vaccinated people die, and 50 unvaccinated people, that would actually be a cause for concern, but the numbers above do not establish this relation.
It's just a list of things that have yet to be compared to the general population, and as such, there is no reason yet to believe these are adverse effects.
