There's been a lot of chatter related to Biden's Rose Garden Presser. Did a little digging and it seems like it really was at the White House Rose Garden.
It easily could have been pre-recorded and portrayed as live#FogOfWar.
Attached is a good view of the bushes from Biden's presser vs ACB's presser from late 2020.
This might be the first time Bushes tell the truth at the White House!!!

Still think it is possibly a different location. Saw a side-by side where the fascia over the pillars was different....one was smooth, one had cornice type decoration...but really, who knows huh? i guess we will all find out together.
It's tough to decipher from images as lighting and angles can make big differences in appearance...
Ultimately, we'll just have to wait until Future proves past.
