Aliens, if real, are of the creator god. Everything you see, touch, eat, breath, hear, feel, etc.. this is all thanks to our creator. Every thought form, every physical manifestation is of god the creator of all. Not one thing is not of god. Truth will be known, we must be adaptable to accept or not accept all truths. That is the power of our free will. Truth is not always what we were taught to believe, research indicates otherwise and allowance of all information is key to releasing the lies. If Aliens are lies, it shall be known. But of course it is not for me to tell anyone what their truth is or what to believe, that is very personal.
